So, what's this all about?

The projects that follow will delve into different aspects of personal growth. Kintsugi: Death's Consent will take an internal-struggle approach to suicide prevention. We'll see a very candid glimpse inside the mind of someone struggling to find hope. This will come in the form of surreal, introspective portraits paired with short stories. This anthology will follow our main character as they navigate disability, the failing health system in America and the search for hope when all is lost.

Looking ahead, we have a few projects in the works.

With Her Guns Under the Blood Red Sky, we will explore what it takes to be a good parent when your own were either absent, or severely abusive. This story will be told as a futuristic western, starring Yeoh, a grandmother struggling to reconnect with her daughter and granddaughter; the only family she has left.

Calm Waters is a story I haven't figured out just yet. I know it will be a story about a family of Vikings facing off against a demon with formidable power, though.

Walk Through the Valley will take place during the Vietnam War and will focus on overcoming self-loathing.

Disclaimer for the future: While Kintsugi: Death's Consent and Her Guns Under the Blood Red Sky are very clear in my mind I am still working out the particulars on Calm Waters and Walk Through the Valley. I may need to do some other projects first as part of my journey towards understanding these stories enough to properly create them. I will keep you posted!
